I just wanted to say something about their customer service. My 4 year old daughter received her dollhouse from Santa. When my husband was putting it together,we had a piece to crack. I called KidKraft and they shipped a new piece immediatly free of charge. Just this past weekend I was very upset to realize that my 6 year old son had left something filled with water on the dollhouse and it leaked out, ruining the entire 2nd floor. I called Kidkraft and told them that I know they usually do replacement parts for free, but in this case it was clearly not their fault, so I was willing to pay for a new floor. The service rep said "No, we know these things happen with kids, there will be no charge." So I think you will be happy with any kidKraft house, they are much better than the plastic ones mattel makes. If you are giving it as a gift, I recommend putting it together early, so that if something is broken... I had wanted the Mansion one, however when I was finally ready to order there was only 1 left and it was $50 more than MSRP.
