This dollhouse is very well made and was pretty easy to put together - took about an hour. Wood parts are smooth, fit well and are high quality. Movable walls, windows and door are so easy for kids to use and move. I raised 3 kids, was a preschool teacher and now purchased this as a psychotherapist who does play therapy with children. I wish I'd found it years ago! PLan Toys products are superior to many others I'd purchased and returned. Kids Kupboard provided very prompt and excellent service to me, going out of their way to remedy a small defect in one of the pieces. This is a 6 star product!

We got this dollhouse for my daughters 4th birthday. I liked it because some of the walls can move around and make rooms bigger/smaller as they wish. The door, 2 windows on the 2nd floor, terrace, and staircase are also movable. The staircase doesn't attach in anyway but the terrace hooks on to the house to make it stable. Unlike some dollhouses, she can play with the house from all 4 sides making it easier to play with another friend.
Like most Plan Toys products it is solid and the wood parts are smooth on all pieces. I also liked that this was not a pink or very GIRLY dollhouse. I would recommend this dollhoue for anyone searching for a medium sized first dollhouse.
