Bought for our daughter for christmas. Arrived within days. Heavy box. I put it together Christmas Eve while watching christmas story and it was done in less than an hour. I noticed the stair piece and another piece were broken, but I made it work until I could call customer service to see if they would help. I called kidkraft customer service, it rang once and a polite, english speaking human answered!!! In less than one minute I was off the phone and awaiting new parts. They arrived the NEXT DAY via fedex. We could not be happier with this product and kidkraft customer service!!!!

This is a very nicely made dollhouse that should serve our 4-year-old for quite a while. The furniture is nice, the whole thing is high quality, and wasn't too bad to set up. It's big, that's for sure, so make sure you have room to set it up. The furniture isn't too microscopic, and doesn't seem to get underfoot as much as I expected. The kids love it!

My 10 year old finally outgrew her old dollhouse and wanted to upgrade to Barbies. The Barbie dollhouses were expensive and not very interesting looking. This one is reasonabally priced and great! And - it comes with furniture! Took a little while for my husband to put together, but my daughter hasn't stopped playing with it since Christmas. When I'm in her room I can't take my eyes off it - it's so cool looking. The only complaint my daugher has is that she wishes the bedroom were on the third floor instead of the second. Anyway, you can't go wrong with this house.
